1. Find out where you are going to vote before election Day.
2. Show your ID Card and follow the Presiding Officer’s instructions. Identify yourself by speaking loudly enough for all Officers to hear.
3. Go behind the voting screen and mark an X in the space provided for the candidate of your choice. Fold your ballot twice as directed to keep your vote secret, leaving the counterfoil. Do not reveal your vote to anyone. Neither of them pictures the marked ballot.

4. Hand the folded ballot to the Presiding Officer so that the counterfoil can be removed. See as your unopened ballot is placed in the box after you dip your finger in the ink.
