Dayo Adebari, a third-year Software Engineering student at the University of Manchester, is fast becoming a voice of purpose and resilience in the tech world.
What started as a simple decision to share old projects and ideas from his hard drive has now blossomed into a personal awakening and a public inspiration.
At just 11, Dayo discovered the art of programming. Today, he writes fluently in Python, Java, and JavaScript, but he believes coding is more than syntax — it is a mindset, a way of life.
“Once you understand the fundamentals,” he says, “you can adapt to anything.”
After recently concluding a LinkedIn challenge where he consistently shared his work and thoughts, Dayo says the experience silenced self-doubt and sparked something deeper — a calling.
“This has been more than a LinkedIn challenge,” he wrote. “It’s been a catalyst.”
With raw honesty, he urged fellow creatives and technologists not to underestimate their stories or gifts. “You are smart enough to solve problems,” he declared.
Now, with a renewed sense of purpose and faith, Dayo is not just coding lines — he is rewriting narratives. “This is just the start,” he says. “Buy the dip. The cash out will be worth it.”
