Social media activist, Martin Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan has called for justice, particularly military generals, to intervene over a land dispute between the family of the late Colonel Paul Ogbebor and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike.
VDM alleges that Minister Wike revoked the Ogbebor family’s property, originally allocated in 1984, and has urged the military to prevent the confiscation of the land.
In response, Minister Wike has refuted the claims of land grabbing, claiming that Paulosa Nigeria Limited had a temporary right of occupancy on the property in question in 1984.
According to Wike’s aide, the revocation resulted from the corporation building permanent structures without official consent.
VDM has also denied allegations that he made death threats against Minister Wike, emphasising that his campaign is centred on securing justice for the downtrodden.
As reported by Entrepreneurng earlier, the Senate has intervened and asked Minister Wike to stop further demolitions in the FCT until the problem has been thoroughly examined.
