World history is full of both facts and lies. Some lies, however, are so large that they can alter your viewpoint on events. Here are the most outrageous lies you’ve undoubtedly heard in human history:

1. The War Will Not Last Long

The war frequently lasts far longer than you were led to believe. The term “in and out, just like Iraq” gained popularity but is completely wrong. American soldiers remained in Iraq for an incredible two decades. If that’s not too long, what is?

2. We Are A Family That Cares About Our Employees

Managers and executives will constantly use this line to instill trust and loyalty in their personnel. No, you’re not a family. When you’re “family at work,” you generally get low-cost labour. Of course, corporations will say this!

3. If elected…

One of the most common lies in the world is a politician’s promise, which has been occurring since time immemorial. Politicians frequently make bogus promises only to gain votes. After they are elected, they will no longer need your votes, so who cares?

4. Your Call is Important to Us

Many customer service personnel have a few spiels they say on the phone without meaning it. It is like an impulse for them. One of these phrases is, “Your call is important to us.” This goes with the sentence “I’m sorry you went through that.” Both are uttered politely and do not express actual feelings or meaning.

5. No strings attached

World history

There are never no ties connected when starting a casual relationship or even a pleasant business agreement. There will always be expectations on both sides. It could be time or respect in a relationship, even if exclusivity is frequently ignored.
