In 2023, Sanlam Life Insurance Nigeria Limited, formerly known as FBNInsurance, promised to provide its thronging clientele with best-in-class service.

In a New Year’s message sent to clients and business partners via the company’s email channel and social media accounts, the company’s managing director/CEO, Tunde Mimiko, provided the assurance.

Despite the difficulties with the economy, Mimiko appreciated the customers’ support throughout the year 2022.

He promised the clients that the business would start the new year with new energy and a greater ability to benefit them.

“As our valued customer, our full integration into the amazing Sanlam family assures you of best-in-class services across our touch points nationwide. We are here to aid your life journey and help you live with confidence,” Mimiko said.

“Our doors are wide open and we have various channels through which you can reach us. We will always be glad to listen to you, work and walk with you,” he added.

Sanlam is a brand with a long history and heritage in Africa. Sanlam, which was initially established in 1918 as a life insurance firm, has expanded to become the biggest non-banking financial services group in Africa.

With a significant presence in 33 African nations and a smaller number of countries in India, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and Australia, Sanlam is present in eight of the ten largest African economies.

The company has a market capitalization of over $8 billion, an operating profit before tax of $1 billion, and more than 154,000 employees worldwide, providing superior value to its clients, shareholders, and society at large.
