Yesterday, the Naira fell to N1,340 per dollar in the parallel market, down from N1,300 per dollar last Friday.
Similarly, the Nigerian Foreign Exchange Market, or NAFEM, saw it fall to N1,419.11 per dollar.
According to FMDQ data, the indicative exchange rate for NAFEM increased to N1,419.11 per dollar from N1,339.23 per dollar last weekend, meaning that the it depreciated by N79.88.

As a result, the gap between parallel market and NAFEM rates increased to N79.11 per dollar, up from N39.23 per dollar last week Friday.
