Program Benefits:
- Mentorship: Participants will be paired with 2-3 experienced business executives who will provide guidance throughout the program.
- Curriculum: A structured 6-month “mini MBA” tailored for social entrepreneurs.
- Resources: Access to a free 3-year license for Sopact’s Impact Cloud to aid in impact measurement.
- Network: Integration into a global community of social entrepreneurs and investors.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Participants:
- Senior leaders (e.g., CEO, Executive Director, Managing Director).
- Fluent in English or Spanish.
- Consistent and reliable internet access.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Availability to commit to:
- Weekly 1-hour calls with mentors.
- A few hours per week dedicated to developing an investment readiness plan.
- Organizations:
- Committed to creating positive impacts for people living in poverty, addressing one or more of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
- Focused on supporting women’s economic power, climate resilience, or both.
- Operational for at least one year, delivering products or services to customers.
- Annual earned income of at least $50,000 USD (or local currency equivalent), not entirely dependent on contributions or grants.
- A working financial model forecasting cash flow, balance sheet, and income statement.
- Minimum of 3 full-time staff (or equivalent).
- A minimum 3-month cash runway.
