The Federal Government of Nigeria has launched the NEXT GEN RESCO Program, aiming to bridge the skills gap in the renewable energy sector and empower young leaders.
This 12-month initiative offers 60 successful applicants the opportunity to gain industry knowledge, learn from experts, and collaborate with key stakeholders in the energy sector.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.5.
- No more than two years of post-graduate experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Female applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates currently serving in Abuja are also eligible.
