1. Incure a capital
You need starting capital to be able to fully fund every important budget such as buying a crate of eggs, getting a store, transportation fees, and many others.
2. Secure a connection to the poultry farm
Getting a large number of eggs requires you to get to a large poultry farm to be able to buy it at an affordable price. Farms such as Obasanjo farms in Ogun State or any other that is closer to your location.

3. Get a good location
You need a store to be able to keep your eggs safe and make them easily more accessible to your customers. Staying in a good environment is very important because that determines how much profit you can make. Not every location is good for business and might even get you frustrated. Don’t stay in an idle location where people can hardly patronize you because it will slow down your sales.
4. Provision for transportation
An egg supply business requires transportation either by hire or by purchase just like l said earlier you need to buy eggs from the farm. The egg is not easily transferable from one vehicle to another because some might get damaged along the line. so you need a standby vehicle to transport your eggs from one location to another mostly, especially when supplying to your customers.
5. Marketing and supplying
Even after getting a good location, you still need to supply to retailers to sell in smaller quantities. One fact about eggs is that it is not advisable to remain at your store for more than one week because some might become stale in the process through reactions of heat. That is why l said you need a vehicle to easily market your product.
