GTCO Plc Opens 2025 Entry-Level Program for Young Nigerian Graduates

Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc (GTCO Plc) has announced its 2025 Entry-Level Programme, inviting applications from young Nigerian graduates eager to begin a career in banking. The application deadline is May 21, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Possess at least five O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
  • Be 26 years old or younger.
  • Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.

Additional qualifications include a minimum of a Second-Class Upper division or Upper Credit and less than two years of work experience.

Programme Overview

Successful candidates will undergo a four-month Entry-Level Programme (ELP), focusing on practical, social, and technical aspects of banking. Upon completion, participants may be offered positions within the bank.
