This is a teaser that will only increase the excitement of Cybertruck fans, Tesla’s first pickup truck.

Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, revealed the Cybertruck after announcing that the company would establish its global engineering headquarters in Palo Alto, California.

Musk posted a video of 8 seconds on February 22. The brief video depicts what seems to be the Cybertruck being pounded by lasers from all directions.

He wrote; “Cybertruck at Tesla Engineering HQ.”

The front of the car and its distinctive headlamp are the main subjects of the video. Although none of the vehicle’s features are seen in detail, the lasers and the lighting help to strengthen the notion that it is a future vehicle.

Musk announced that the production will begin later this year at the Palo Alto event. The audience can check out a ton of preproduction units, he continued.

“It’s gonna change the look of the roads,” the billionaire said, calling the Cybertruck “epic”.

The intended result of the video was to incite excitement among the followers and stoke their desire to have the vehicle.

“So glad we placed our order long ago,” one Twitter user commented.

“After seeing this video, I’ve made up my mind to get one of these Cybertrucks. Can’t wait for it to hit the roads! #Cybertruck #Tesla,” added another user.

Musk has been stoking the anticipation for this vehicle for a number of weeks by sporadically revealing details about its features.

“Cybertruck is built with an exterior shell made for ultimate durability and passenger protection,” Tesla said in its website. “Starting with a nearly impenetrable exoskeleton, every component is designed for superior strength and endurance, from Ultra-Hard 30X Cold-Rolled stainless-steel structural skin to Tesla armor glass.”

According to reports, the Cybertruck has a low center of gravity that offers good traction control and torque, allowing it to go from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.9 seconds and have a range of up to 500 miles.

Also, according to Tesla, the pickup truck has a payload capability of up to 3,500 pounds (1,587 kg) and 100 cubic feet of lockable external storage.

Additionally, the automaker asserted that the vehicle can tow up to 14,000 pounds (6,350 kg).

Recent social media posts of various videos and images of the vehicle reveal various details about it. The side pillar cameras and apparent higher suspension of the Cybertruck.

At Tesla’s Investor Day on March 1, Musk is anticipated to introduce the various features.

At a promotional event in Los Angeles in November 2019, Musk unveiled the vehicle. The tech tycoon claimed at the time that the amphibious Lotus Esprit S1 featured in the 1977 James Bond movie and “The Spy Who Loved Me” had “somewhat affected” him.

The Cybertruck also has been described as something out of the films “Mad Max” and “Blade Runner.”

The Tesla Semi is in addition to the entry-level Model 3 sedan, the Model S luxury sedan, the Model Y SUV, the luxury Model X SUV, and the first Tesla pickup truck, which is expected to become the company’s cash cow.

The backorder list is full. Tesla no longer even accepts orders from outside of North America. At least for the initial months, the vehicle’s commercial success appears to be assured.

Musk and Tesla have yet to reveal the Cybertruck’s price. Yet, the starting cost can be $40,000.
