Chess-a-thon: Tunde Onakoya breaks Guinness world record, reaches 57-hr mark

Tunde Onakoya, a Nigerian chess expert, broke the previous record of 56 hours and 9 minutes after completing a 57-hour chess marathon. Onakoya is presently aiming to surpass the 58-hour mark.

The previous record of 56 hours and 9 minutes was held by Norwegian players Hallvard Haug Flatebø and Sjur Ferkingstad in 2018.
