Cars most especially need great and efficient maintenance but the problem with most Nigerians is that we love to manage. If that thing does not stop working completely we will not repair it. For example, you noticed that the car engine is having a little fault instead of repairing the little fault you overlook it and then it escalated and damaged the car completely.
When there is no proper maintenance your business might collapse because you are ignorant of your knowledge. This is usually common in Lagos, most car rentals have poor maintenance schemes.
4. Poor management
This occurs as a result of low productivity by workers, nonrecognition of your business, low profit, bad operation, and many others. When your business lacks good management it produces negative results.
5. Inability to register your business
When your business is not registered it becomes difficult for it to be recognized and your operation might be seen as illegal. If there is a greater opportunity of hiring your cars at a higher level you might be denied just because your business is not fully registered under a recognized body.
In conclusion, when you are faced with these challenges all you need to do is to seek appropriate measures to alleviate them rather than quitting the business.
