Ms. Hilda Baci, a Nigerian chef, is cooking in Lagos to break the Guinness World Record for the Longest Cooking Time, and the country’s largest Health Management Organization (HMO), AXA Mansard Health, has offered her a year of free Gold Health Insurance.
