ARTSPLIT Collaborates with Chude & Ego Foundation to Empower Women

by Ikenna Ngere

In honor of International Women’s Day, Chude & Ego Foundation, a non-profit organization, and ARTSPLIT, a top investment technology company, have teamed up to further the empowerment of women and young schoolgirls in Nigeria.

Members from the two organizations paid a visit to the Gbaje Girls Senior High School in Lagos to encourage female students about their future jobs, possibilities, and empowerment.

The event, which was hosted by both organizations, provided outstanding women with the chance to inspire students at the High School, teachers, and other women to celebrate women’s accomplishments and succeed in their respective fields. These women included the Managing Director of Cellar Central Limited, Okunwa Okpala, the Chief Financial Officer of ARTSPLIT Limited, Olaere Donmu, and Chude and Ego Foundation Coordinator, Juliana Adeseye.

The guests discussed their individual professional and personal experiences and adventures while encouraging women to pursue education and entrepreneurship in order to build a more inclusive future.

By assisting these Nigerian women in seeking out opportunities in their community that will better prepare them for their future jobs, ARTSPLIT contributes to the success stories of these women.

In keeping with this year’s International Women’s Day theme, DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality, ARTSPLIT also sponsored an informative Twitter Discussion about increased representation and equity for women in technology.
