Flourish Africa, the initiative founded by Folorunso Alakija, has officially opened applications for Cohort 4 of its Business & Life Skills Programme. This cohort is part of a ₦1.3 billion grant scheme aimed at empowering female entrepreneurs across Nigeria with training, mentorship, and seed funding.

Programme Duration: Approximately 3–4 months, combining virtual sessions and a final in-person workshop in Lagos (for shortlisted participants)

Target Group: Nigerian female entrepreneurs aged 18–50, operating registered MSMEs for at least one year with at least two staff members.

Eligibility Criteria

Female Nigerian citizen between the ages of 18–50

Owner of a for-profit, CAC-registered business operating for ≥ 1 year

Employs at least 2 people

Able and committed to attend all virtual sessions and in-person training in Lagos (if shortlisted)
