About the Grant
The Tutator Forward Grant is a global initiative by Fondation Tutator that offers fully customised software solutions to organisations aiming to create positive social or environmental change. Unlike traditional grants, this program does not provide financial funding but focuses on developing software applications that help NGOs and social enterprises streamline operations, enhance beneficiary management, and scale their impact.
Eligibility Criteria
Organisations worldwide can apply if they:
- Have a clear mission to create positive social or environmental change.
- Require software solutions to improve operations and service delivery.
- Commit to measuring impact and improving efficiency.
- Can sustain the software after development, including hosting, basic technical support, and maintenance.
Applications are welcome across various fields, including health, education, governance, justice, environmental protection, and more.

Grant Benefits
Selected organisations will receive:

A fully customised software solution built on Tutator’s Beneficiary Management Platform (BMP), ensuring scalability and impact

Projects typically involve 5,000 to 20,000 hours of specialised work, valued between $75,000 and $1,000,000 USD.

A project timeline ranging from 4 to 12 months, including requirements analysis, software development and testing, training, deployment, and six months of post-launch support.

Submit your proposal, explaining your organisation’s needs and how a digital solution can support your mission.
Ensure all information is complete and accurate before submission, as proposals cannot be edited after submission.

- Access to Justice: A legal aid platform to train paralegals, track cases, and provide remote legal support.
- Youth Empowerment: A system that connects young people with educational and employment opportunities, tracking progress and outcomes
- Public Health: A tool for community health centres to manage patient records, coordinate treatments, and track disease outbreaks.
- Food Security: A nutrition monitoring platform to track food distribution, participation trends, and generate real-time impact reports.
- Environmental Protection: A conservation tracking system to manage reforestation projects, collect environmental data, and engage local communities.
