Adesuwa Ladoja has been named the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Lagos Free Zone Company.
The conglomerate Tolaram’s board of directors issued a notice announcing her appointment.
Her appointment became effective on July 1, 2024.
Mrs. Ladoja succeeds Dinesh Rathi, who has transitioned to the role of Group Finance Director for the parent company.

Ladoja, an attorney, began her career in general commercial practice and litigation as an associate with Ajumogobia & Okeke. She then spent over a decade at KPMG Professional Services, specializing in tax, regulatory, and people services.
Ladoja earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and her Master of Laws degree in International Business Law from King’s College, University of London.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, various other professional organizations, and a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

The board, recognizing Ladoja as a versatile expert, expressed confidence that her extensive experience will significantly contribute to the growth and innovation objectives of the Lagos Free Zone Company.
Furthermore, the board noted that Ladoja played a pivotal role in the Lekki Deep Sea Port project, overseeing its financial closure in 2020, the completion of construction in 2022, and the commencement of commercial operations in 2023.
