Junior Pope Odonwodo, a well-known Nollywood actor, drowns after his boat capsizes in a river while travelling to a filming location.
Jnr Pope, was one of four actors that perished while returning from a filming location.
According to information obtained, the tragic event took place on Wednesday, April 10, in Anambra State, near the Anam River.
Earlier today, Junior Pope posted a video of himself from yesterday, when he was crossing a river without a life jacket in a boat and was fervently praying to get to his destination safely.
According to reports, he was returning from the place when the tragedy occurred.
Regretfully, he and three other people drowned when their boat overturned and they perished.
Since then, their bodies have been found. The actor leaves behind his spouse and three kids.
