The Women Techsters Fellowship is a fully funded, one-year program designed to empower African women aged 16 to 40 with in-demand technology skills. The fellowship is divided into two phases:
- Training Phase (6 months): Participants receive intensive training in both technical and soft skills.
- Practical Experience Phase (6 months): Fellows gain hands-on experience through internships, freelancing, entrepreneurship, volunteering, and mentoring opportunities.

- Data Science and Engineering
- Mobile Application Development
- Product Design
- Product Management
- Software Development (Frontend and Backend)
Eligibility Criteria:
- African women aged 16 to 40.
- Residents of eligible African countries.
- Basic digital literacy.
- Ability to commit approximately 20 hours per week to the program.

The selection process is highly competitive, admitting only the top 3% of applicants.
