Sandra Okunzuwahas, a talented actress and filmmaker, talked candidly about the difficulties of becoming an actor. She discussed the hard nature of the film industry and the particular difficulties experienced by actresses in an open discussion with Potpourri.
“Being an actor can be mentally and physically taxing. In the industry, there are many smart women who are not only skilled but also attractive. Women strive to be better at what we do, especially in our different fields, and hustle by nature.
Okunzuwa highlighted the additional work that women in the field must do. Women need to put forth a lot of effort; we need to be talented, attractive, and motivated. Many others possess the same level of talent. Being unique is crucial in a competitive setting.
She observed a distinct standard while talking about male coworkers. It appears that guys can get by as long as they can act, look well, and have a lot of charisma. But nobody finds acting easy.
You leave home early and frequently don’t get back until 12 or 1 AM the following day, which makes for exhausting hours. Okunzuwa continues to be passionate about her work in spite of the difficulties. “It’s a lot, but we are constantly motivated to pursue our passions.”
