The chief executive officer of Access Holdings, Herbert Wigwe, was travelling in a helicopter when it crashed in California, USA, killing his wife and their two children according to SaharaReporters.
On Friday, the helicopter crashed close to a California-Nevada border community on its way to Las Vegas.
Wigwe departed Lagos State, Nigeria, on Wednesday in order to see the American football game known as Super Bowl 58.
“Wigwe’s wife and two kids also died in the crash. He left Lagos on Wednesday to watch the U.S. Super Bowl.
“One Bimbo Ogunbanjo was also on the flight. Bimbo Ogunbanjo is the son of business man, Chris Ogunbanjo,” a top source revealed to SaharaReporters on Saturday.

Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the governor of Lagos State, and Herbert Wigwe were not present at the Access Bank Lagos Marathon on Saturday.
The governor was represented by Obafemi Hamzat, his deputy.
According to US officials, the helicopter went down late on Friday night close to Nipton, which is on the border of the Mojave Desert.
