At the Pearl Awards, which were held in Lagos, Transnational Corporation Plc, Nigeria’s largest listed conglomerate with investments in the power, hospitality, and energy sectors, was named the winner of the Sectorial Leadership Award – Conglomerates and the Highest Dividend Cover Award.
Transcorp received recognition for exceptional operational and stock market performance in 2021, and the awards represent yet another significant achievement for the business. Owen Omogiafo, President/Group Chief Executive Officer of Transcorp Group, accepted the honors on behalf of the organization.
