Slovenian photographer AndreJa Ravnak secured the top position with her mesmerizing European landscapes. As an architect, Ravnak expressed gratitude for the recognition, underscoring the significance of documenting our world for future generations. She acknowledged the excellence of fellow participants and considered the recognition an honor.
Notable winners include Athanasios Maloukos, capturing Siberian shamans in the “People and Cultures” category, and 14-year-old Caden Shepard Choi, who clinched the Young Travel Photographer of the Year award for her poignant black-and-white series on the Navajo people in Arizona.
