MySlates, a cutting-edge educational software tool, has been released, ushering in a new era of locally tailored, curriculum-focused digital learning in Nigeria. MySlates, created through a strategic collaboration between Cradle2Harvard International School and Asataura Technology Services, is intended to fill gaps in traditional education by providing a personalised, interactive, and tech-driven learning experience for students in grades primary through senior secondary.
According to a statement made on Sunday in Abuja by the President of Cradle2Harvard International School, Mr. Phrank Shaibu, the breakthrough application was officially introduced during a sensitisation workshop over the weekend.
“The goal of this application is to revolutionise digital learning in Africa,” Shaibu said, emphasising its potential to change the way students, teachers, and parents interact with education.
Unlike generic worldwide e-learning platforms, MySlates is specifically built to coincide with Nigerian curriculum, assuring local relevance, accessibility, and effect. It lessens budgetary pressures on parents and schools while improving kids’ learning outcomes with interactive and current information.
“MySlates’ anytime-anywhere accessibility allows students to learn at their own speed on any device, thus reducing barriers to quality education. The platform combines multimedia-rich information, quizzes, and gamified learning to encourage greater engagement and comprehension.”
Shaibu continued, “One of MySlates’ most revolutionary features is its AI-powered personalised learning pathways, which adapt to each student’s success and provide tailored recommendations for improvement. The technology also supports real-time collaboration, allowing students to connect with lecturers and friends.
