Nigeria is a blessed nation by God. It has many mineral resources such as gold, petroleum, oil palm, and many others, Entrepreneur report.
Nigeria’s soil is very rich in nutrients in the sense that even when you plant common vegetables into the ground it grows compared to other nations of the earth.
The giant of Africa as the world knows Nigeria to be is very good but the problem of this nation remains its citizen.
Recently when the new naira note was changed different commotion emerged such as conducting a peaceful protest by most youth.
The fact remains that if we the citizens of Nigeria refuse to put on the right attitude I fear that Nigeria will continue to suffer.

We all know that the new naira note is not in circulation, yet, some citizens are using this medium as theft and an opportunity to extort others that are deprived of access to this new note.
You can imagine just this morning telling my neighbor to give me #1000 for a transfer and she told me l have to pay #1200.
Sincerely speaking the problem of Nigeria is just a human disaster. Human exploitation has emerged even among us.
Sometimes the government are not to be blamed and cannot be excluded because if we take for instance one of my experience in Lagos when l was under skill training.
It came to our notice that the then-governor provided some resources to enhance our learning but was never disbursed just because of the selfish interest of the people in charge of the program.
So many people have used this new naira redesign as another means to inflate the prices of food even when the initial price did not increase. One congo of rice and garri has drastically increased.
The CBN still claims that the new naira note printed is more than enough to go into circulation but if we take an in-depth look into this case, while some people are struggling to get access to it, some are busy hoarding it just to exploit people and make a great gain.
Another problem is that we don’t see ourselves as one nation, there is absolute discrimination among states. One can not just easily travel from one place to another just because of insecurity, kidnapping, and ritual killings.
I keep wondering why we buy petrol at higher prices even though we have natural resources here on our land, but some people will not just allow this dream to come to reality.
In conclusion, At this point in Nigeria today all we need to do is to come together as one people one nation. As the saying goes and l quote ” united we stand, divided we fall”. Let’s come together in respective of your tribe or race. Yoruba, Igbo, and Hausa should come together as one in Nigeria to support our government as the election approaches to make this country great again.
