Ecobank Nigeria Limited said Wednesday that it will organise a five-day exhibition titled Build and Design Expo to promote innovation and creativity in the construction sector.
At a press briefing, Omoboye Odu, Head, SME, Partnerships and Collaboration, stated that the Ecobank Build & Design expo will feature 54 exhibitors and knowledge exchange sessions with world-renowned architects and Development Finance Institutions such as the International Finance Company and the World Bank.
She stated: “For our construction customers, we decided to do something called the Ecobank Design and Build Expo, which is a 5-day curated event for everything in the construction value chain, from civil works, architecture engineering, interior decorating, kitchen fit out, sanitary ware, floor, glass, and so on.
“Wehave 54 exhibitors in our space fromthe 27th of Novemberto theDecember 1st, showcasing innovation, creativity,everything that you can find in the constructionvalue chain.””We provide a platform for networking, collaboration, socialising, and international visibility.”We’re working with our clients in the NGO, embassy, DFI, and multilateral spaces to invite them to attend and see what our men are up to.
We will attend a knowledge exchange session with internationally recognised architects, Nigerian architects, international DFIs, the IFC, the World Bank, and Chapel Hill Denham. Sponsors include construction and interior design companies.
Essentially, we’re using our platform to increase visibility for our clients and prospective clients from Nigerian firms, demonstrating to the world what we, as Nigerians and Africans, have to offer.”
