As part of its 25th anniversary celebration, MTN Cameroon, in collaboration with the National Employment Fund (FNE), has launched a 2-year internship program tailored for 25 young Cameroonian graduates. This strategic initiative underscores MTN’s long-standing commitment to youth empowerment, digital transformation, and talent development in Cameroon’s telecommunications sector.
About the Program
This exclusive internship is designed to provide real-world experience, industry mentorship, and career acceleration opportunities for early-career professionals. By combining MTN’s innovation-driven environment with FNE’s employment support services, the program aims to ease the transition of graduates into meaningful employment.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, applicants must be registered with FNE and possess qualifications in one of the following fields:
1. Service Activation

BTS/DUT in IT, Telecommunications, or Software Development

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management
-
A certificate in Telecoms or Provisioning (added advantage)
2. Compliance, Quality & Controls

Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science

Technical certifications are also accepted
3. Service Assurance

Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
4. Digital Services

Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, IT, Marketing, or Communication
