The Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) is now accepting applications for its 2025 Entrepreneurship Programme, dedicated to empowering African entrepreneurs across all 54 countries on the continent.
Programme Benefits:

Seed Capital: Successful applicants will receive a non-refundable grant of $5,000 to support their business ventures.

Training: Participants will undergo 12 weeks of intensive online business management training, equipping them with the necessary skills to run successful enterprises.

Mentorship: Access to world-class mentors who will provide guidance and support throughout the entrepreneurial journey.
Eligibility Criteria:

Open to entrepreneurs from all African countries with innovative business ideas or existing businesses not older than five years.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents or citizens of African countries.
Application Process:
- Applications are to be submitted online through the TEFConnect platform.
- The application process is free; no fees are required at any stage.
Application Deadline:
- The deadline for submissions is March 1, 2025.
Since its inception in 2015, TEF has funded 20,000 young African entrepreneurs, providing non-returnable seed capital of $5,000 each, totalling $102 million in direct support to grow African start-ups.
