This complex will have an 18.500 square meter casino game area when it opens in 2026 on the hazy Dream Island. The complex will include 1,000 magnificent rooms with first-rate views of the sandy beach.
It will encircle an area of approximately 250.000 square meters, making Wynn Marjan one of the world’s ten largest complexes and doubling the size of the company’s Las Vegas estate.
“The casino component, where we will be operating on our own for at least some time, which makes it quite exciting,” says Craig Billings, “is shaping up to be somewhat larger than Wynn Las Vegas, but with numerous pockets of energy and compression.” The property will be a five-star guaranteed experience and an action-packed stunner.
What Will the Resort Offer?
The familiar Las Vegas spirit will be felt at the Ras Al Khaimah Wynn Resort. Restaurants, expansive shopping malls, meeting lounges, conference spaces, opulent spa centers, boutique shops, gaming areas, and other amenities are planned.
Live performances, world-famous musicians, concerts, theater shows, and nightclub events are among the additional attractions expected at the resort. “We are moving quickly on our planning for Al Marjan Island integrated resort in the UAE,” Billings said during his most recent conference call. We are nearing the end of the resort’s programming. Given the pristine beach settings and the somewhat malleable nature of the man-made island, we have an incredible canvas on which to work and create something truly unique”.
Embracing the Gaming World
The long-standing ban on gambling in the Gulf Arab countries will be lifted with the opening of the Ras Al Khaimah Wynn Resort.
