A Twitter conference room has been transformed into a bedroom, complete with a double bed, closet, and even a pair of cozy slippers, according to a picture that was leaked from the company’s headquarters.

Former workers claimed that since Elon Musk acquired Twitter, he has been sleeping inside the company’s headquarters.

Musk wrote to the Twitter staff a few days after purchasing the company, telling them that in order to succeed and remain there, they “need to be extremely hardcore.”

Recent reports, tweets, and activities imply that Musk isn’t the only person dozing off in the Twitter office. Additionally, many workers are given beds and sleeping accommodations so they can remain in the office and put in long hours.

The San Francisco Department of Building Inspection is looking into complaints about a residence inside a business establishment.

Musk claimed that Twitter is under investigation and facing charges because it provides beds or has exhausted employees. Prior to receiving the complaint, Musk deleted a Tweet in which he also said that until the company is fixed, the employees would sleep in the Twitter office.

At the Twitter headquarters, employees are accustomed to sleeping in and putting in extra hours of work because CEO Elon Musk constantly evaluates employee performance and fires workers at an unimaginable rate.

Scott Wiener, a state senator from California, stated to the media that “he’s now making them workers sleep at Twitter. It’s clear that he doesn’t really care about people. He doesn’t care about the people who work for him.”

Mass layoffs occurred at the company during the first few days. Musk terminated key executives and engineers working in crucial departments, asked staff to return to the office, and canceled remote work. Additionally, he fired almost all of the workers at the offices in other nations and India.

Musk has repeatedly demanded 80-hour work weeks from the remaining employees while also reducing the benefits they received, such as free food.
