Ashour Corporation FZE, a Dubai-based company owned by Nigerian-born tech billionaire and Forbes Best of Africa Leading Tech Icon Dr. Leo Stan Ekeh, has been appointed as the authorized distributor of Amazon Bell products in West Africa.
The agreement was signed last week by Amazon Ring LLC’s top management and Ashour Corporation FZE in Dubai.
Amazon owns Ring LLC, a home security and smart home company.
Ring makes home security products that include outdoor surveillance cameras, such as the Ring video doorbell, smart doorbell, and smart cameras.
Ring LLC also provides law enforcement agencies with video footage from its cameras and data from its Neighbors App upon request. These easy-to-install and low-cost security products are the global number one choice for homes and offices, with little or no maintenance required and an extended warranty.
Ashour Corporation FZE was established in Dubai in 2004. The company has been involved in the deployment of major satellite projects in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Libya, Iraq, Pakistan, and Africa, among other places.
