EnterpriseNGR has officially opened applications for Cohort 6 of its Youth of Enterprise (YOE) Paid Internship Programme, a six-month initiative aimed at equipping Nigerian graduates with essential workplace skills and experience.

Programme Overview

The YOE Internship Programme is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional employment by providing participants with:

  • Paid Internships: Interns receive financial compensation during the six-month placement.
  • Skill Development: Participants undergo training to enhance their employability skills, preparing them for the modern workforce.
  • Networking Opportunities: Interns gain access to a network of professionals and organisations within the Financial and Professional Services sector.

Since its inception in 2022, the programme has successfully graduated over 2,000 interns, with previous cohorts placed in reputable organisations such as Coronation, PwC, Polaris Bank, and Access Bank.

Application Details

  • Eligibility: Nigerian graduates aged 18–26 years.
  • Application Process: Interested candidates can apply through the EnterpriseNGR website.
  • Programme Duration: Six months, including a three-week intensive online orientation.

The programme aims to empower Nigerian youth by providing them with the tools and experiences necessary to thrive in today’s dynamic job market.
