Mr. Tref Fabien has been officially appointed as BICCDF Africa’s Ambassador and Special Envoy for Economic Diplomacy, Trade, and Investment to France. Amb. Dr. Chimbo Obieze, Special Envoy and Chief Operating Officer of the BIGWIL International Community of CEOs and Diplomatic Forum (BICCDF-UNWCD AFRICA), made the announcement. Daniel Koussou, Chairman of Economic Diplomacy, Trade, and Investment at BICCDF Africa, emphasised the importance of these diplomatic efforts in improving Nigeria’s investment climate and fostering economic growth.
Koussou emphasised Mr. Fabien’s extensive experience and commitment to increasing economic relationships between Africa and France, establishing him as a significant figure in advancing trade and investment opportunities between the two regions.
Mr. Fabien’s new role will include promoting trade initiatives, coordinating diplomatic contacts, and establishing alliances to support economic growth and development throughout Africa. His nomination emphasises the critical role of strategic diplomacy in negotiating the global trade and investment landscape.
