The Inspire Her Afrika Mentorship Program is now accepting applications for its 2025 cohort. This annual four-month program, running from July to October, is dedicated to empowering early-career African women by providing personalized guidance and support to enhance their skills, knowledge, and career prospects.

One-Month Digital Bootcamp: The program begins with an intensive boot camp focusing on career development, leadership skills, personal branding, and strategies to thrive in various fields.

One-on-One Mentorship: Participants are paired with experienced mentors, fostering a dynamic learning environment where mentees receive tailored guidance to navigate their career challenges and aspirations.

Networking Opportunities: Mentees gain access to a community of like-minded African women and industry professionals, expanding their professional networks.

Workshops & Resources: The program offers tailored workshops and tools designed to enhance participants’ career trajectories.
Eligibility Criteria:
- African women aged 18–29.
- Holders of at least an undergraduate degree.
- 0–3 years of work experience.
- Willingness to commit at least 4 hours per week for mentorship activities.
- Access to an internet connection and preferably a laptop.
- Residency in an African country.
