Actress Adesua Etomi and Nigerian R&B musician and businessman Bankole Wellington, better known by his stage as Banky W, have announced the birth of their second child, a boy. In a touching video that gives a glimpse into his commitment to family life since their recent addition, Banky W shared the news on Instagram.
Cooking, cleaning, and helping Adesua are just a few of the domestic duties that Banky W is shown performing in the film. He remarked, “But more importantly than that I am a husband and a father,” in reference to his dedication to his family. Our second child, a wonderful young boy, was just born.
In order to maintain a supportive relationship, Banky W disclosed that he has taken on a variety of duties since the baby’s birth, characterising his job as a “chef, housekeeper, nanny, homework teacher, masseuse, and more.” “Supporting women’s economic power means doing my part in our home and community,” he wrote in his article, highlighting his dedication to gender equality.
Building on this concept, he stated, “Partnership is 100-100, not 50-50.” This means that as part of my responsibilities as a loving spouse and current father of two, I have been a chef, maid, nanny, homework tutor, masseuse, and more during this time. And to be honest, I’m overjoyed.
“Doing my part in our home is part of supporting women’s economic power,” he added. Recall that on October 14, Adesua made her pregnancy public. Today, the pair celebrates being a family of four. In November 2017, Banky W and Adesua got married in South Africa, and in 2021, they had their first child, Hazaiah Olusegun Wellington.
