Katung Aduwak, then 38, took home the title of winner of the inaugural BBNaija competition in 2006. Efe Ejeba won home the crown in Season 2’s ‘See Gobe’ edition, competing alongside roommates including Bisola, Kemen, and TBoss.

Miracle won Season 3, which was called “Double Wahala,” in 2018. The next year, after a tough struggle with roommates Tacha, Mike, and Omashola, Mercy Eke, commonly known as Lambo, emerged victorious in Season 4 and became the first female champion of BBNaija.
In 2020’s Season 5, Laycon emerged victorious, collecting a prize package valued at N85 million. Hazel Oyeze “Whitemoney” Onou won ₦90 million in rewards in 2021 after emerging victorious in Season 6.
Ilebaye Odiniya won the eighth season in 2023 and took home a prize of 120 million naira, while Ijeoma Josephina “Phyna” Otabor won the seventh season in 2022 and took home a prize of 100 million naira.
