Airtel
The share price of Airtel Africa Plc increased by 5.00 percent over the week, closing at N915.00 a share with a market capitalization of N3.44 trillion at the end of the trading week. The company’s market worth increased by N162.73 billion as a result of the price hike.
Airtel Nigeria said that its subsidiary, Airtel Networks Limited, has begun a process to purchase back the 8.27 percent minority shareholdings at a price of NGN 55.81 per share in an attempt to buy out minority shareholders.

The telecommunication company has a total market capitalization of N3.87 trillion, which is N428 billion larger than the current market value of Airtel Africa.
On the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), MTNN Plc is the second-highest in market value, after only Dangote Cement Plc. The MTN Group announced plans to sell $245 million worth of shares in its Nigerian affiliate.
