As Muslims celebrate this year’s Eid-el-Kabir, Benue State Governor Hyacinth Alia has asked them to always disseminate the message of love, sacrifice, tolerance, and unity as espoused by the Holy Prophet.
The Governor called Eid a major spiritual occasion in the Muslim calendar in a message sent on Sunday by Tersoo Kula, his chief press secretary.
He urged Muslims to keep praying for the federal and state governments as they work to provide the people with the benefits of democracy.
In an effort to fulfil the people’s electoral mandate, he called on them to “continue to pray and support his administration and that of the President Tinubu-led Federal Government.”
